Product details
The ORIT Egaliner 1200 Epic is a professional leveling tool designed for construction and landscaping applications. This adjustable screeding element features a robust frame construction with enhanced durability for demanding work environments. The tool offers adjustable working widths from 70 cm to 120 cm, providing versatility for various project requirements. Key features include an integrated shovel holder, ergonomic lifting handles, and an extra-strong pull rod holder for easier adjustments. The leveling blade is made of stainless steel with a sharp bottom edge, specifically designed for finishing compacted sand surfaces. The roof profile allows for continuous adjustment of up to 4 percent slope. Measurement markings range from -40 mm to +320 mm for precise curb settings. The large wheels, with a diameter of 250 mm, are made of solid, dense plastic, minimizing track markings on prepared surfaces. Additional weight can be added by placing stones or German H-stones on the frame. The tool operates in an upright position for ergonomic use and works effectively in both sand and gravel applications. Technical specifications include a product weight of 21 kg, handle height of 1400 mm, handle length of 1300 mm, minimum adjustable width of 740 mm, and maximum adjustable width of 1240 mm. The surface coating provides powder-coated yellow (RAL 1021) protection. Overall dimensions are 730 mm in length, 500 mm in width, and 400 mm in height. This leveling system is particularly suitable for road pavers and landscapers working on coarse sub-bases, including beaches, beach volleyball courts, riding arenas, slopes, and garden landscaping projects.
