To measure your hand, stretch it out from the wrist to the longest point (the middle finger).

If you fall between two sizes, choose the smaller size for a snug fit or the larger size for a looser fit.

If you don’t have a measuring tape, you can use a piece of thread, which you can then lay against a ruler after measuring.

With your hand slightly clenched and thumb tucked, measure over the knuckles – the measuring tape should fit loosely around your hand.
