If you fall between two sizes, choose the smaller size for a snug fit or the larger size for a looser fit.

If you don't have a measuring tape, you can use a piece of thread, which you can then measure against a ruler.

With your hand slightly clenched and thumb tucked in, measure around the knuckles - the measuring tape should fit loosely around your hand.
