Nis Øllgaard thoroughly considers the requirements before handing over the final design to the manufacturer Normann Copenhagen. The shoehorn features a narrow tip that fits into any shoe, allowing the heel to glide gently along the curved shape into the shoe. However, Normann Copenhagen only provides a magnetic wall mount for the long shoehorn, ensuring that the thoughtful design is readily accessible and does not get lost in the depths and corners of a hallway. The only question that remains is how to put on shoes and boots: while sitting, the short shoehorn is recommended, and when standing – without too much bending – the long shoehorn is ideal.
