Product details
The Nike Cortez TXT Fir (Women's) presents a modern-day retooling of the classic running silhouette designed by Nike co-founder and legendary track coach Bill Bowerman in 1972. This fashionable lifestyle shoe has been specifically sized for women. This textile sneaker features an upper base of tightly woven dark green nylon. Suede overlays in a more emerald-green shade adorn the toe cap, eye stays, and heel. White leather forms the side panel Nike swoosh and the heel tab that sports embroidered green Nike branding. The white tongue features a tongue tag with black Nike branding and an orange Nike Swoosh. A green padded collar helps add to the comfort of this sneaker, as does the springy soft foam midsole in white with a gray wedge-shaped stripe. The off-white rubber outsole features a vintage herringbone traction pattern. The detail of this women’s sneaker that we most enjoy is a silver lace jewel on the bottom-most lace that features a debossed Nike Swoosh. This subtle touch of class adds a note of distinction that is well deserved by this heritage sneaker. The Nike Cortez TXT Fir (Women's) was released on October 24, 2023, for $90 retail.
