Product details

The Nike Air Max2 Light Habanero Red is built upon a silhouette that was originally released in 1994 when it weighed 1 ounce less than the traditional AM2. This iteration of the sneaker will envelop your foot in comfort as you walk on air. The upper of this sneaker begins with a base of lightweight, airy red mesh. The toe box is white mesh. White synthetic overlays bolster the toe cap, vamp, and side panel in dynamic, jagged strips. The white leather heel counter locks in foot stability. The Nike swoosh on the side panel is black leather. This bright upper rides on a white foam midsole that features a supportive midfoot plate in the shape of a whale’s tail, as well as a visible air cassette with green-tinted air. The outsole is black rubber. What we enjoy most about this sneaker are the silvery gray synthetic pods that hit the heel counter, including a silvery gray window that features Nike Air branding and a black swoosh. This heel gives the sneaker a mysterious, ethereal vibe. The Nike Air Max2 Light Habanero Red was released on May 23, 2019, for $140 retail.
