This collection is part of the NICI GREEN product world, which primarily uses plush and filling materials made from recycled materials—especially PET bottles turned into RPET. NICI Green is NICI's sustainable product line. Almost exclusively recycled materials are used for all NICI Green products, mainly made from PET bottles. Old PET bottles are processed into RPET for this purpose. The plush materials and fillings are then made from RPET.

NICI aims to handle the resources of nature carefully and contribute to preserving the planet for future generations. To this end, the "NICI Green" program was launched.
