The hats by Olaf are knitted from 100% merino wool within 10 hours from Zurich in Northern Germany. After removing the labels and sewing threads, the hats are 100% biodegradable. Olaf operates one of the few traditional knitting factories in Germany. The company was founded in 1956 and has been family-owned ever since. The models Nebel, Kiel, and Elbe are inspired by the North and Baltic Seas and feature a timeless design. Merino wool is naturally breathable, making it the perfect companion for hikers or urban nomads. This hat is shipped by individuals with primarily cognitive impairments in collaboration with the Züriwerk Foundation.
