The VON OLAF hats are made out of 100% merino wool 10 hours by train from Zurich in Northern Germany. After removing the woven labels and sewing thread, the hats are 100% biodegradable.

Olaf runs one of the few left traditional knitwear companies in Germany. The company was founded in 1956 and is still runned by the family.
The «Nebel», «Kiel» and «Elbe» models are inspired by the North and Baltic Seas and convince through their timeless design.

Merino wool is naturally breathable and therefore the perfect companion for hikers or urban nomads.
