The hats by Olaf are knitted in Northern Germany, just a 10-hour train ride from Zurich. After removing the labels and sewing threads, the hats are 100% biodegradable. Olaf runs one of the few traditional knitting companies in Germany. The business was founded in 1956 and has remained family-owned ever since. The models Nebel, Kiel, and Elbe are inspired by the North and Baltic Seas and feature a timeless design.
