100% natural, handmade and fairly paid. Our hand-knitted woollen hats are made from pure sheep's wool with no additives. The sheep are roaming with shepherds and graze in the province of Alentejo in the south of Portugal. We have checked and test-knitted each wool thread individually. We have chosen wool of the highest quality. It has been carefully processed without chemical additives and may therefore contain straw residues. However, we removed most of the remnants manually with tweezers. This hat was knitted by Alexandra in the Caritas studio in Coimbra. Friendly relations and fair payment for the workers are particularly important to us. The workers are very proud to be able to produce something with market value. Most of them have been excluded from working life for years.
