MD Textile Deployment Belt Jed Belt black-G5 100-110cm

The Jed Belt features the following attributes: 100% handcrafted in Germany, original Cobra buckle, and a 7075 CNC machined safety closure with a breaking load of 18 kN in the ring. The D-ring in the closure is integrated, and one-sided opening is not possible, as both closure mechanisms must always be engaged. Opening under load is not possible; the closure can only be opened in a relaxed state. The Class 7a safety belt webbing has a breaking load of 2700 kg and is manufactured according to MIL-W-4088 standards. The webbing is doubled and treated with resin to achieve a good balance of strength and comfort. It uses high-strength special yarn 'Made in Germany'. The excess length is secured with Velcro and is cut at an angle for better handling. The D-ring Cobra closure is unique and impresses with extremely high load limits, allowing our belt to achieve a total breaking load of 31 kN (approximately 3100 kg). With a width of about 43 mm, this belt can be worn with almost any work pants.
