Aphrodite rests on the banks of the Indus River. A vengeful Cupid shoots an arrow at her, slicing through her fingernails, which sink into the riverbed. There, they transform into the deep black stones we know as onyx. In Eastern traditions, onyx is associated with protection, willpower, and concentration.

This men's necklace features five natural onyx beads strung on a silver-colored chain. They are framed by plates made of surgical stainless steel, creating a beautiful contrast with the black cord. The genuine cowhide leather has a sturdy, braided texture that only improves with age, both in appearance and feel.
