Simplicity at its best. This gold-colored band is made from solid titanium. It is corrosion-resistant, lightweight, and as strong as titanium.

Titanium is named after the Titans of ancient Greek mythology, and before you think it’s as heavy as the cumbersome giants of old, you should know that it is about half the weight of steel while being much stronger. This, combined with the curved surface of the ring both inside and out, makes the Aesop Cade extremely comfortable for all-day wear.

The gold tone is achieved through physical vapor deposition, where titanium nitride is heated into its plasma state and shot onto the surface of the ring. This creates an ultra-thin and extremely durable layer that is bonded at a molecular level with the surface.
