KangaROOS x Ghica Popa "Spaceship"

Ghica is a visual artist who, according to Sneaker Freaker Magazine, is among the top ten sneaker artists in the world. Ten years ago, he revolutionized the world of sneaker illustrations with his first project, "Space Vehicles." The project was immediately featured by Hypebeast, Complex, Highsnobiety, Sneaker Freaker, and others. In the following years, his work reached a global dimension; he collaborates with brands and some of the best sneaker stores in the world, including Nike, Gucci, Ray-Ban, Casio G-Shock, Jeff Staple, Footpatrol London/Paris, Yamaotoko Tokyo, and Titolo Zurich.

The KangaROOS x Ghica Popa "SPACESHIP" Ultimate is Ghica's first sneaker collaboration; we at KangaROOS feel honored and proud. The sneaker is based on an "extraterrestrial" approach that we both share. It embodies the "extraterrestrial" quality of ROOS, which are made in Germany, and Ghica's illustrated universe, adorned with carefully detailed spaceships. On this first expedition, we boldly and humorously explore new territories, supported by the "exploration vehicles" ULTIMATE sneakers, which come with their own transport box.
