KangaROOS Voltera Ultimate

With the Voltera Ultimate and the Voltera Coil, we present an elegant "Gentleman's Pack" handcrafted in our family-run Hummel&Hummel shoe factory in Germany. Volterra is not only a beautiful historic mountain town in Italy but also embodies the softest leather of the highest quality. We have treated the extremely soft leather with a wax that enhances its luxurious appearance. The black leather version has been hand-waxed and then polished with natural carnauba wax, while the moka and cognac variants have been coated with a special liquid lacquer and subsequently polished with natural carnauba wax. Carnauba wax is derived from the leaves of the carnauba palm and is a completely natural wax. This wax comes exclusively from Brazil and is one of the hardest natural waxes in the world. The Coil and Ultimate soles feature the unique DynaCoil system for shock absorption and energy return developed by KangaROOS in collaboration with NASA.
