KangaROOS trainers coil r1 tech

No season is complete without our popular Coil R1. The tech pack of our classic racing silhouette is available in a beautiful color palette and features an excellent mix of materials. The almost monochromatic upper consists of a mesh base with nubuck overlays on the mudguard, heel, and eye stay.

The technical aspect of this version includes a reflective 3M material on the heel tab and on the small mat that runs from the heel quarter to the midsole. Directly above the midsole is a stabilizer that wraps around the entire heel. This technology was developed to provide the foot with perfect lateral stability, which has been crucial for a running silhouette like this since the 1980s.

The soft mesh lining combined with the patented DYNACOIL cushioning system in the midsole makes the Coil R1 Tech very comfortable to wear. An abrasion-resistant rubber outsole ensures good grip and pleasant durability. Of course, the original secret pocket KangaROOS is located on the inside of the tongue, which is also made of mesh.
