KangaROOS Game Hi Lace Up

Here’s some good news: Our classic sneaker GAME HI is returning in Spring/Summer 2024 with a new look. This season's version of the GAME HI features an upper made almost entirely of soft premium leather. The base of this high-top silhouette, along with its overlays—including the mudguard, heel quarter, eye stay, and the mustache at the edge of the shoe—are all crafted from leather. The mustache at the toe box is sourced from a gold medal-winning LWG tannery. Additionally, we have removed the ankle strap and the outer eyelets to refine the overall appearance of the GAME HI. All of this contributes to the company's goal of achieving the highest level of sustainability in the production process of our products. The only material exception is the ROOS heel tab made of fine suede. A small tab under the heel tab, a feature that proved to be a helpful addition since the original GAME HI in 1990. A Cordura tongue completes the retro beauty. An outsole made of abrasion-resistant rubber ensures good grip and pleasant durability. Of course, the original KangaROOS secret pocket is located on the inside of the tongue.
