The Vibram Arctic Grip sole offers the best grip on all surfaces thanks to a thoughtful combination of sole elements made from a proven winter rubber compound for low temperatures and broad, specialized lugs made of rubber and fiberglass, particularly on wet ice and slippery paths. Beneath the grippy nubuck leather of the shoe lies a sustainable, highly breathable Texapore Ecosphere membrane that makes it waterproof. Icy temperatures are also no problem, as the shoe is lined with soft Primaloft fleece, keeping your feet warm down to -40 °C.
