Jack Wolfskin developed this backpack in collaboration with the Alpine School Innsbruck and gave it an extra slim design. Not only does it look great, but it also makes the pack particularly practical in rough terrain. The backpacks in our MOUNTAINEER series are specifically made for the mountains. Here, you'll find space for all your gear. Trekking poles and ice axes can be easily attached to the designated fixings, keeping them readily accessible. You can store your map in the side pocket, your rain jacket in the lid compartment, and your sunscreen in the hip pocket. This way, everything is always within reach. The waterproof main compartment features a roll closure, and the compartment for hanging the hydration bladder is accessible via a zipper at the back. The anchor-shaped zipper pulls make opening and closing the pack especially easy. The backpack is 100% waterproof and dustproof, ensuring that your gear, provisions, and clothing are well protected when the weather suddenly changes. If you're in the mood for a lightweight tour, the mountain pro can quickly transform into a soft pack: simply remove the frame, take off the lid pocket and hip belt, and the MOUNTAINEER becomes significantly lighter.
