Application note: For the first use, stainless steel should not be used, as the alloy contains bound nickel parts that can be dissolved by wound salts from freshly pierced skin (recommendation for the first use: Titanium G23 or Bioplast). However, with completely healed piercings, stainless steel can be worn without hesitation; no nickel is released, and allergies are rare.
