Product details
To activate the backlight of the watch, a slight twist of the wrist is enough. This feature works as soon as the brightness in the environment decreases. The watch is designed to withstand significant abuse without sustaining damage. The shock-resistant case offers protection in case of impacts and shocks. Independent and environmentally friendly, solar cells provide power for the watch, with surplus solar energy stored in a rechargeable battery.
Once the watch is set to the local time zone, it receives the corresponding radio signal and always displays the exact time in Europe, North America, Japan, and large parts of Canada, Central America, and China. In many countries, it also automatically adjusts for summer and winter time. The hands and/or indices are fluorescent coated and glow in the dark after exposure to a light source.
The world time function displays times in up to 29 different time zones. Elapsed time, split time, and final time are measured with an accuracy of hundredths of a second, with a measurement capacity of up to one hour. The zero count alarm emits a signal after a set time has elapsed, and the measuring capacity reaches up to 100 minutes, adjustable in second intervals.
Daily recurring events are signaled by the daily alarm, which sounds an acoustic signal at the set time. This model features five independent alarms, making it particularly practical for daily medication reminders or keeping regular appointments. If desired, the key tones can be switched off using the mode button, eliminating beeps when switching from one function to the next. Set alarms or countdown timers remain active even after the key tones are disabled. At the push of a button, the hands move to allow an unobstructed view of the digital displays, making it easy to read the stop function or day of the week.
