Warranty and Return Policy
FUNKI offers a 2-year warranty on all products.

If you happen to receive a Monday or Friday model and notice material or manufacturing defects after purchase, we will gladly exchange your beloved FUNKI. Defects due to personal negligence and improper use, decorative elements, normal wear and tear, and returns due to dissatisfaction are excluded from the warranty.

Procedure:

For a warranty exchange, please send us your "Hinke-FUNKI" along with a note of the damage and the current warranty certificate or proof of purchase directly. The Funki team will closely examine the item and, if justified, will either send you a small gift from the spare parts inventory or even a brand new "Super-FUNKI.".
