Stay stylish and well-protected with this lightweight, breathable sun hat. It is tailored for mountain hikers and desert trekkers, offering unparalleled UV protection.

This sun hat complies with the UV protection standard NF EN 13758-1 for guaranteed sun safety. A hat with certified UV protection requires a fabric with a UPF rating of 50+ and a design that fully covers the face and neck for optimal protection. After being washed three times in a machine and air-dried, we submerge the product in water and measure the time it takes to regain its original weight. This was achieved in less than 120 minutes, confirming its quick-drying properties. This European standard establishes the testing methods for assessing the UV protection of textiles. It awards a UV protection index (UPF) based on the fabric's ability to block UV rays. Products that meet this index have a certified level of UV protection.
