In the not-so-distant past, every driver wore driving gloves – not just elegant chauffeurs or race car drivers, but everyone. That’s why the compartment in front of the passenger seat is called the "glove box."

These fingerless driving gloves are made from highly flexible sheepskin, making them comfortable to wear, and the tightly patterned perforation on the leather surface prevents sweating. Two buttons on the back of the hand allow you to adjust the fit to your wrist.

They enhance grip on the steering wheel and prevent your hands from tiring on long drives. They protect your knuckles from drying out when the air conditioning blows on your hands. They keep your hands warm on cold winter mornings and protect the material of your steering wheel from the acidic oils of your hands. Plus, they simply look great.

So why doesn’t everyone wear them?
