The eucalyptus is grown without artificial irrigation, fertilization, and free from chemical additives, making it particularly sustainable. The Falke socks consist of 70% Lyocell, 28% polyamide, and 2% elastane.

Dry feet thanks to Lyocell fibers. Lyocell is made from sustainably grown eucalyptus. Since these trees can be cultivated without fertilization or artificial irrigation, the fiber is free from chemical additives and therefore particularly environmentally friendly. The fiber designation Lyocell is marketed under the name Tencel by Lenzing AG. Tencel fibers are known for being particularly resistant to both dry and wet conditions. Additionally, they are very soft, providing a pleasant wearing experience. Another positive attribute of Tencel fiber is its excellent moisture absorption. The fiber is not only used for manufacturing socks but is also popular in the production of other functional garments for work or sports, underwear, and medical textiles.
