The paisley pattern, which was favored by Queen Victoria of England, is the hallmark of the Glarner Tüechli and also adorns the headband made from easy-care polyester microfiber. The band is available in various colors.

The company Blumer has a long history: The large textile printing company in Schwanden was founded in 1828, and for about 180 years, the company has been producing the traditional Glarner Tüechli. In 2011, the company moved to nearby Niederurnen.
