It is still inspired by modernism and evokes the golden age of the automobile, when vehicles on four wheels resembled dragonflies or large, satin beetles more than tanks. On your wrist, it is sleek, graphic, and its sandblasted case gives it a unique touch. The curved mineral glass and the stylish small second hand at 9 o'clock make it a classic yet daring piece of jewelry. The watch is powered by a Miyota 1L 45 quartz movement. The Villa Arpel, a modern, geometric, and central figure from Jacques Tati's film "Mon Oncle," does not exist.
