The Futura 24 SL offers increased carrying comfort on longer day hikes and multi-day treks for individuals with smaller body dimensions, thanks to its shorter back, narrower shoulder straps, and tapered hip fins. Since the comfort of your backpack depends on back length, shoulder width, and body size, Deuter has developed specific SL models. These primarily differ in back length as well as the distance and shape of the shoulder straps compared to other models. Thus, SL backpacks are particularly well-suited for women and teenagers, but also for slim and shorter men. Additionally, the new mesh of the Aircomfort back system provides maximum ventilation, reducing sweating by up to 25%. The large front opening allows for easy access and a good overview of the contents of the backpack. The main material of the Futura series is made from bluesign®-certified material.
