The Freerider impresses with its well-thought-out winter features, such as the fully opening back panel. This provides an optimal view of the equipment while keeping the back system dry when the backpack is set down. Should any snow reach the carrying system, the new robust, breathable, and snow-repellent material ensures a dry back. Safety is also a top priority with the Freerider. The separate and easily accessible safety compartment for the probe and shovel keeps the essentials within reach in case of an emergency. Additionally, the variable fixation system is new. With two separate straps, skis, a snowboard, and snowshoes can be quickly attached to the outside of the backpack: skis can be secured diagonally or in an A-shape, while the snowboard and snowshoes can be positioned vertically. The versatile attachment straps also serve for lateral compression.
