The Distance 15 is a hybrid backpack that bridges the gap between the flat trails in the valley that seamlessly transition into alpine terrain and high-alpine adventures. It combines running vest technology with backpack design, offering a carry system suitable for alpine conditions and running, ensuring you have the right gear at the end of the trail when the climbing section begins. The Distance is made from robust Uhmwp 10x ripstop yarns, which are also used for dog bones and ultralight Camalots. In terms of weight, this fabric has a strength 10 times greater than steel, yet is light enough to float on water. The shoulder strap system is crafted using seamless edge taping technology, where the edge of the shoulder strap is taped, resembling more of today's innovative sportswear than a traditional running backpack, providing greater comfort, freedom of movement, and reduced weight. Additionally, the carry system features a side adjustable elastic compression system, enhancing stability while running over obstacles and during climbing.
