Perfect for early morning ski trips, the Black Diamond Dawn Patrol 25 L is a lightweight backpack made from 100% recycled materials and offers essential features for hiking. These include a front pocket for safety gear against snow and avalanches, as well as multiple external loops for carrying skis, a snowboard, a helmet, and an ice axe. With a capacity of 25 liters, it provides ample space for extra clothing, some water, snacks, and safety equipment for short hikes. The main material is made entirely from post-consumer recycled materials.

The backpack features a separate, easily accessible compartment for safety gear in snow, a large insulated shoulder pocket for a hydration bladder, a soft bottle, or a radio, as well as an inner zippered pocket with a key holder. The sturdy metal belt loop and ergonomic suspension with water-repellent, snow-proof fabric and zip access to the back panel ensure added comfort. The diagonal ski carry or vertical snowboard carry are both foldable. Additionally, there are two ice axe holders and a Hi-Lo helmet holder.
