Barefoot Attributes

Anatomical shape - The shoe respects the shape of the foot. It provides enough space for the toes, even during movement, and prevents them from being cramped or injured.

Material flexibility - The flexible sole allows for necessary movement. The feet are not restricted and are naturally strengthened.

Zero drop - The heel and toes of the shoe are at the same height. This improves posture and overall correction of the center of gravity.

Adaptive sole - 4 mm thickness (without elevations) stimulates the nerve endings. It enhances balance, terrain sensitivity, and protects the feet.

Lightweight - Barebarics shoes are lightweight and without an arch, which prevents foot fatigue and promotes a good gait.
