The key updates to the new EquipeRS shorts are a new textile and a new insert. The new Type.911 fabric allowed us to completely revise the cut, reduce the number of seams and pleats while optimising the fit at the legs and waist. This also allowed us to dispense with the rollBar bib strap design, as Type.911 is more elasticated and compressible than the Type.411 used in the previous generation. The S11 shorts don't just hang from straps, but wrap around the rider's body with omnidirectional, close-to-the-body stability. The top layer of the new RS S11 insert is both softer against the body and more resistant to washing and has an improved odour control treatment, while retaining the cooling airflow, micro-shock absorption and low bulk and lightweight profile of its predecessor.
