The Buddha bead is set in a row of malachite, creating a beautiful contrast with the green stones. Malachite is believed to protect against curses. The beads are attached to a chain made of surgical steel - durable and scratch-resistant. The gold tone is achieved through a PVD coating, where titanium nitride is fused at a molecular level with the surface, ensuring that the coating will neither fade nor chip over time.
