Product details
The LightWool headband is made from thin, knitted wool. This makes the headband elastic and it adapts to the shape of your head. With a snug fit, the headband is excellent for wearing under a helmet, for example.
Aclima LightWool is Aclima's product line made from the finest merino wool. This series is crafted from yarns with a diameter of 17.5 micrometers and weighs only 140 g/m². This means that LightWool is likely the lightest and softest wool clothing you will ever use. Wool is perfect for cold weather, even when your clothing is wet. But did you know that wool also cools on warm days? It provides good insulation against external heat, resulting in a cooling effect.
Merino wool is a natural product with unique properties. Thanks to its fine, waxy, and long fibers, it feels soft against the skin and creates an insulating layer of air that warms up in the cold and breathes in the heat. Merino wool effectively removes sweat and moisture from the skin and insulates even when wet, allowing you to feel dry and comfortable. It is naturally antibacterial, inhibits bad odors, and usually, it is sufficient to air out the garments between uses.
