If I use it with a jacket, trousers etc.. How can it only act on the outside of the dress? Isn't there a risk that it will also act on the inside?

- Nikwax Tech Wash is a special detergent that cleans waterproof and breathable fabrics without damaging the water repellent (DWR) finish on the outer surface of the garment. This product is formulated to lift dirt that can attract water and mask water-repellent finishes, while maintaining the breathability and water-repellency of the fabric.
- Nikwax TX.Direct Wash-In leaves a flexible water-repellent treatment on the individual threads of the fabric, allowing water vapour to pass through and maintaining breathability. This treatment is applied during washing and concentrates on the outer surface of the fabric, preventing it from penetrating too deeply and altering the internal properties of the garment.
Therefore, the risk of these products also acting on the inside of the suit is minimal, as they are specifically designed to work on the outer surface of waterproof and breathable fabrics.
