I would never buy this thing again because it always splashes water all around the walls because of the centrifugal force. I now have another system from Leifheit with the same wiper, where you press it into the insert in the kettle and wring out the wiping cloth,

Look at Migros or Melectronics. They sell spare parts for the Leifheit.
