One kilogram of tomatoes per jar: For this pesto, we use only sun-ripened Pomodori Salentini. These tomatoes ripen in the mineral-rich soil of the Apulian highlands, are carefully hand-picked, and have a particularly fruity, juicy aroma. In our pesto, they are combined with other high-quality ingredients such as extra virgin olive oil and Parmigiano-Reggiano.

The Gold of Liguria: For this pesto, we use only the finest basil from the Italian coastal region – a precious basil that is still harvested with small leaves and is particularly aromatic thanks to the optimal conditions of sun and sea breeze in Liguria. Following the original recipe from the 19th century, we also use only Extra Virgin olive oil, pine nuts, Parmigiano-Reggiano, and Pecorino.
