Its savory and aromatic taste makes the remoulade the perfect companion for breaded fish, aspic, cold cuts, roasts, roast beef, and sandwiches. Only selected herbs and the highest quality ingredients are used in the careful preparation of the remoulade. The dressing contains 40% rapeseed oil: this nutritionally valuable oil is rich in essential unsaturated omega-3 fatty acids. With the addition of egg yolk, the sauce has a consistency similar to delicious mayonnaise, but is further refined with mustard. This gives the remoulade not only its typical creaminess but also a fine tangy note. It is complemented by an aromatic vegetable mix of cucumbers, onions, and chives, which adds a hearty freshness and crunchy note to Knorr's remoulade.
