1. Silikomart Velvet spray orange

This velvet spray based on cocoa butter is ideal for refining frozen creations such as mousses, cakes, or other frozen desserts with a fine, velvety surface. Use the spray can at a temperature between 25 °C and 35 °C – never above that. Shake the can thoroughly before and during use. When spraying, maintain a distance of about 30 cm from the frozen surface and apply the product in short, even bursts. Keep the can as vertical as possible and ensure a steady motion for optimal results. Make sure to keep the nozzle clean at all times. Allow the treated product to rest for at least one hour after spraying before consuming. Ingredients: cocoa butter, colorants: E170, E110, propellants: E943a, E944, E943b. May contain: soy, milk.
