For the Zwergenwiese mustard specialities, selected organic mustard seeds from German organic, Demeter and Naturland farms are ground in a particularly gentle production process. The mustard specialities are not heated and therefore contain all the valuable components of the whole mustard seed. All "Senfonien" are a pleasure to tofu and seitan, grilled food, sandwiches, burgers or pure on bread. If you like it spicy, you can try mustard with cabbage and vegetables in sauces and stocks as well as for chutneys and curries.
