For Zwergenwiese mustard specialties, selected organic mustard seeds from German Bioland, Demeter, and Naturland farms are ground using a particularly gentle manufacturing process. The mustard specialties are not heated, which allows them to retain all the valuable components of the whole mustard seed. All "Senfonien" are a delight with tofu and seitan, grilled dishes, sandwiches, burgers, or simply on bread. Those who enjoy a clever seasoning can try mustard with cabbage and vegetables in sauces and broths, as well as for chutneys and curries.
