Woo Fast Endurance relies on a mix of long-chain carbohydrates from high-molecular corn starch and short-chain carbohydrates such as maltodextrin, glucose, and sucrose. Corn starch is classified as a high-molecular carbohydrate. When combined with water, it creates a solution that, despite its hypertonic nature, has a low osmolality.
