Woo Fast Endurance is a sports drink designed for both short and long endurance activities. Woo Fast Endurance relies on a mix of long-chain carbohydrates from high molecular weight corn starch and short-chain carbohydrates such as maltodextrin, glucose, and sucrose. Corn starch is classified as a high molecular weight carbohydrate. When combined with water, it creates a solution that, despite its hypertonic nature, has a low osmolality. Osmolality indicates how water and other substances can penetrate the cell membrane into the cell interior. The lower the osmolality, the easier and faster the transport through the cell membrane occurs.
