Instructions for use
Consume 2 x 3 heaped teaspoons uncooked daily, added to food and drinks (e.g. in fruit and vegetable juices, soups, muesli, yoghurt). When baking and cooking, 10 - 20 % of the flour can be replaced with brown millet flour.
