Recipe, Preparation:
Mix your Switchel:

• 150 ml mineral water
• 3 tsp. Voelkel apple cider vinegar
• 2 tsp. Voelkel lemon juice
• 2 tsp. Voelkel maple syrup
• 1 tsp. Voelkel ginger juice

Combine apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, maple syrup, and ginger juice in a glass and top up with mineral water. Garnish with fresh mint and fruits as desired.
