Application: Prepare a brine drinking solution (brine, 26%): Pour water directly over the Himalayan crystal salt rock and let it sit overnight. Once the brine solution is saturated (about 26%), the salt rock will no longer dissolve further. In the morning, take 1 teaspoon and regularly refill with water. Cover the container to keep dust or dirt away. It is recommended to drink 2-3 liters of still water daily.
