It contains high-quality protein building blocks (amino acids) from milk protein, whey protein, soya and hen's eggs. L-carnitine serves as a transport molecule for fatty acids into the mitochondria, where it enables them to be optimally burnt (energy release). Inulin is a non-digestible dietary fibre and stimulates the growth of bifidobacteria in the intestine, which has a positive effect on the intestinal flora. Dosage: Pour one portion (30 g = 1 sachet or two heaped tablespoons) into a dry container and mix with 200 ml milk or skimmed milk using a fork or whisk (better prepared in a shaker).
