The finely chopped soy can be used in recipes of all kinds due to its neutral flavor, for example in vegan burgers, sauces, or fillings. We obtain the granulate from the extruded protein of the soybean, encouraging less animal suffering and more conscious eating.
Preparation: Soak the granulate in warm vegetable broth or sauce. Alternatively, you can also boil it for 15 minutes until soft. Then incorporate it into your favorite recipe as desired.
