Fish sauce with a salty aroma, typical of Thailand. Content: 200 ml. Ideal for seasoning Thai dishes and as a substitute for salt. Fish sauce is the most important seasoning in Thai cuisine and is often referred to as the soy sauce of Southeast Asia. It is a thin, amber-colored, clear liquid with a salty taste, made from fermented salted fish (in this case, anchovies are used). Fish sauce can be used instead of salt or soy sauce to flavor almost any dish, especially stir-fries. Its spicy aroma becomes milder when cooked or added to food.
